LinkedIn Revolution?

After I wrote two Press Releases and submitting them to multiple PR websites and connecting them to all our social media sites, I then created a LinkedIn group dedicated to our new company.  

I then wrote an extensive description for both the group and who the group is intended for and includes: The Medical Science Liaison World group will focus on bringing free resources (articles, blog postings, videos and news) from around the world for Medical Science Liaisons who are a part of or would like to become a part of the MSL WORLD community. The group will serve as a communication channel for MSLs, MSL Candidates, Recruiters, Employers and others within the Medical Science Liaison community. This is an open community that will allow anyone to discuss, learn or share information related the MSL role. The Medical Science Liaison Profession is expanding exponentially and it is clear that the MSL role will continue to be a vital component to the success of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, and Medical Device companies. However, finding the right Medical Science Liaison talent is often difficult and challenging. 

MSL WORLD.com was created to meet this challenge. MSL WORLD, through the use of advanced technology, is an interactive site connecting exclusively MSL candidates to recruiters and employers in a state of the art-first of its kind- venue. 

As a career management center for the Medical Science Liaison career, MSL WORLD has been designed exclusively to connect those looking to pursue a career as a Medical Science Liaison as well as experienced MSL candidates with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR personnel. For those interested in breaking into the field, MSL WORLD provides help and insight into beginning a career as an MSL while giving employers / recruiters an ideal place to match the most appropriate new talent as well as experienced MSL talent with their needs. In addition, MSL WORLD also provides important resources to help advance your career including articles on resume writing tips, interview preparation, daily industry news, and current salary reviews.

On the first night of creating the group we had over 350 people join and now have over 1000 members from over 42 countries.  I then linked the all the social media groups together so that when I make an announcement or provide any information on the LinkedIn group it gets posted to all our social media accounts. I think it has been a fantastic success!  Does anyone have any suggestions for improvements?
